Does freezing things like veggies make them lose their nutritional content after thawing?

No often vegetables purchased from the frozen section are highest in nutritional value. Simply because they are frozen so soon after they are picked. This keeps them from deteriorating in nutritional value, once a fruit or vegetable is picked it is cut of from it's own source of food so it depletes it's own value, so fresh is actually less nutritionally valuable than frozen.
