What are signs he likes you MORE than a friend?

This happened spontaneously to me, but you could easily fake it. We were a group of friends in a restaurant, and i got a message from a guy which said "are you partying tonight?". at that moment i didn;t know who was writing to me, so i showed it to my female friend sitting next to me, and she started sort of laughing. eerybody suddenly was interested in my phone. I just said to everybody what the message said. I just answered "yes, who are you?" i got the answer. it was a guy, but certainly not somebody i was interested in. But i saw the opportunity to test a guy who was in the room. So next time i received a message, which everybody noticed, i sort of smiled and wrote bac. My female friend also looked and i, giggles, whatever. When the guys started asking what did it say, i said like "none of your business" and looked at the reaction of each. The guy i was "testing" looked like he was gonna kill somebody. I later told them," omg guys, it was just *and explained who it was and tht it didn;t mean anything*" But worked perfectly to see if the guy present in the room had a crush on me
