No. Nyquil will not show on you drug test unless they are testing for those particular medications. Most often, when taking a drug test, they are testing for illegal drugs (heroin, marijuana, cocaine, etc.) or prescription narcotics (loritab, xanax, oxycontin, etc.) If prescription narcotics show up in your drug sample, they will ask to see the prescription bottle or a printout from the druggist as proof that the drug was in fact prescribed to you.
