Isn't it true that even though?

minorities are now equal in reasoning capacities as white British, isn't the international system still founded on white Brits like Hume and Locke? Look at what is considered 'scholarly' 'professional' and the goal to which all nations strive (UN is based on this methodogy) ... y is that? I mean the UN doesn't base rationale on Indian or African ideologies, but on British ... y did the Brits come up with modern ideas to improve world? Any geographic reason? No, I'm not racist, so no ignorant ranting about that ... just stating objective facts and asking if anyone knows why.
