My computer auto creates an unknown dial up connection and starts autodialing even after deleting at reappears

Is that virus.......? In my network connection an unknown dial up connection with the name "connection" appears and starts dialing to connect with the net. I always delete it but after some time it reappears and make disconnect my dial up connection and starts dialing its own ISD number. Is that a virus. help me to get rid of from it.
