Please Rate My Pokemon Team (Emerald)?

This team is terrible! You have too many Pokemon with a weakness to Ice. The movesets are also terrible. Hydro Pump, Sheer Cold, and Crunch should NEVER be used. Hydro Pump and Sheer Cold because of their low PP and low accuracy. Crunch because, well, it sucks. Also, if you're going to use this team competitively, legendaries are usually banned so that means Rayquaza and Jirachi would have to go.
