CYDIA HelP ON JAILBROKEN IPOD IM DESPERATE PLEASE HELP?

hey everyone, i just installed quake 3 for my itouch. it wouldnt load so i tried going back to cydia to delete it but my cydia keeps crashing now. it just says loading for about 3-5 seconds and then goes back to my main screen. i do not have ifile or ssh and i really DO NOT want to rejailbrake my itouch since i am on 3.1.2 firmware. can anyone please tell me if theres anything i can do? i am realllyyyy desperate please help!
