How did well did I eat today?

You did pretty well I must say! It may even be a little light on calories as you didn't snack with fruit or veggies in between meals. Usually you are supposed to have 2 pieces of fruit and 5 veggies every day. It is also very good if you can try to have nuts and seeds and essential fats like olive oil, fish, avocado. They say have fruit over juice anytime as apparently a half a gl of orange juice is the equivalent to 5 oranges - including calories! But you have some willpower - this menu would make my tummy rumble!
