How do i set ringtones on my new BlackJack 2?

I have added music to the phone, and it will play the files... (Windows Media format)... But it wont let me set as ringtones, i know i need to move the files, but i can't figure out HOW to move them or WHERE to move them to... The website isn't a bit of help...
