How much is 8 oz compared to 750ml?

I'm looking to buy a new flask and they come in 8oz and 16 oz flasks. i would like to know how much 750ml(the normal amount of a bottle of captain or bacardi) is compared to those flasks. want a flask that will hold enough, but dont want something huge...any suggestions?
