I want to design a machine which software is better auto cad , proe solidworks or catia please help?

as we are small manufacturer of bicycle components i wish to design a machine to reduce manufacturing cost which software i should learn autocad,proe,catia,solidworks please if some one can help and guide ( so that i can see the machine working on computer before practically making it )
