My pit bull puppy keeps farting in her sleep! it stinks worse than her poop! what do i do?

I agree with Woody45. Shes farting smelly cause ur probably feeding her the wrong thing. My dog had puppies 3 weeks ago and we feed her anything she would eat. Well since she was nursing all that bad stuff we feed her went to the pups. The pups were farting and poopin smelly.... Trust me it was smelly lol My dog recently started eating BENEFUL and the smell went away. Now I have no idea when they pooped or farted
