NYC is planning to turn new WTC into WTC fortress.........Do you agree with this?

Like it or not, agree with it or not, the events in New York City, Washington, DC and Pennsylvania on September 11, 2001 forever changed the way we live and conduct business in this country. It was a pivotal turning point along with other events in our history like the Shot Heard 'Round the World on Concord Green in 1775 which launched the American Revolution, the attack of Confederate Forces on Fort Sumter on April 12, 1861 which started the Civil War, the Surrender of the Confederacy at Appomattox Courthouse on April 9, 1865 which ended it and the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. I don't think we need federal troops at standing guard at key posts, but we do need a heightened state of security which may mean more local and/or State police officers. After all, it is our government's duty to "...establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity...", right?
