United States vs Europe... which one has the greater % of people without values, ethics, and morals?

People in Western Europe usually don't consider cheating cool, but I have a very strong feeling that people in the States are more judgmental than European ones. You don't usually hear European folks complaining about what other people do int he privacy of their own homes. Just because they are your morals, doesn't mean they are universal. And for those that are wrong - let he who is without sin throw the first stone aight?
