The VW lease turn in fee is waived if you buy or lease another volkswagen...?

Well, that's what all of the brochures said. Then I went to the dealership, gave them my lease, and bought a new VW. Although waiving the fee wasn't the only thing that got me to do business with VW again, it was a contributing factor. Now a month later I'm being charged a turn-in fee. They say it's because the dealership used Chase to finance instead of VW Credit, but nothing in all the shiny full-color materials they sent me specified this. Can they DO this? They can be ured I won't be a customer a third time.
