Why is CCTV bad thing?

Good for some and bad for some. It,s just the tip of the iceberge , in the future there will be micro chips in our clothing so governments will know EVERYTHING we do and even speak, like CCTV it will be good if you are good , bad if your not. But then governments will influence EVERY-PART of your private life. How about now being fined a 1000 quid because the micro chip in your dustbin saw you use the wrong bin for your trash. Yes i worry about the future and i,m a good person !!!.
