Can I catch a Rat with Venus Flytraps?

I just planted 50 Venus Flytraps in my special garden area.I also added a plastic skeleton head on a stick leftover from Halloween.There is a Rat I want to catch...do you think the skeleton head could hypnotize it long enough for the flytraps to catch it.I want them to bite off it's tail.Thanks.
