Hebrew dictionary with pronunciation?

Since Hebrew is written mostly without vowels, I cannot not figure out the pronunciation of any Hebrew word from the written form. I haven't been able to find a full dictionary with pronunciation, only partial dictionaries with it and full dictionaries without it. Does anyone know of a good dictionary?
