Shooter RPG for xbox 360?

Im not sure about similar to M Effect and i loved Fallout 3 so this is a warning kinda, my opinion you probably wont find very helpful but ill try. These are any games that are kinda shooter rpg's. Borderlands, Army of Two, Bioshock, Resident Evil 5, Dead Space, Red Faction Guerilla, Phantasy Star Universe, Enchanted Arms. Thats all i got. sorry
