Trouble starting my cbr600 ...been standing over the winter ...just wont fire up....new biker?

If it has spark you likely have fuel problems: some to look for; Fuel not getting to carb, filter tank empty, Fuel has gone bad and just will not ignite. Carb could be gummed up or jets clogged, if you take the bowl off and you can see if you have big problems there but you will need to disemble to clean properly
