A whole lot of discharge, but no period?

I haven't gotten my FIRST period yet, but I've had all of the signs for I would say, 2 years. Recently I've been getting cramps and mood swings. Also, my discharge has steadily gotten heavier, like it used to come like, 3 times a month. Now it comes 18 times a day, or at least about that. It feels kinda gross. VERY gross. Is my period coming soon? What's going on? Thanks
